Ander Atlantic Real Estate Services (AARES) is built on more than three decades of experience in banking, real estate analysis, and property services. Its Managing Member, Anthony L. Anderson, Sr., has established a long-standing reputation for professionalism, precision, and integrity across the real estate industry.

Mr. Anderson began his career serving as both a financial analyst and commercial property inspector for major real estate firms and financial institutions, including Lend Lease, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. His work supported large-scale commercial and multifamily transactions, providing critical insights into property performance, valuation, and risk.

In 2004, he founded Ander Atlantic Field Services, LLC, a company dedicated to inspecting and evaluating commercial and multifamily properties nationwide. For two decades, the firm delivered reliable field services that supported lenders, investors, and asset managers.

In 2024, the company evolved to reflect its expanded capabilities and renewed strategic focus, rebranding as Ander Atlantic Real Estate Services, LLC (AARES).

Today, AARES provides professional loan signing services for residential mortgage closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for borrowers and lenders. In addition, AARES is actively engaged in real estate investment, specializing in the acquisition and sale of mobile homes, vacant land, and residential properties.
