Ander Atlantic Real Estate Services, LLC, (AARES), was built on more than three decades of experience in the banking and real estate industries. Anthony L. Anderson Sr., the firm's Managing Member, established a long-standing reputation for his professionalism, precision, and integrity in both industries.

Mr. Anderson began his career by serving as a financial analyst and commercial property inspector for several major ​real estate institutions, which include, Lend Lease Real Estate, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.

Mr. Anderson participated in the management of numerous large-scale commercial assets by providing critical insights into their overall performance, valuation, and risk.

In 2004, Mr. Anderson founded Ander Atlantic Field Services, LLC, a company focused on assessing the physical conditions and financial performances of multifamily assets nationwide. Over the last two decades, Ander Atlantic Field Services, provided reliable support for lenders, investors, and asset managers nationwide.

In 2024, Ander Atlantic Field Services evolved and expanded its capabilities with a renewed strategic focus. Thus, the firm, rebranded as Ander Atlantic Real Estate Services, LLC (AARES).

Today, AARES provides professional loan signing services for residential mortgage closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for borrowers and lenders. AARES is also actively engaged in real estate investing, specializing in the acquisition and sale of mobile homes, vacant land, and residential properties.

AARES continues to grow on the foundation established by Mr. Anderson’s commitment to excellent customer service and delivering trustworthy real estate solutions.
